@Sterlingdragon@HyveMynd You say this like the combat in D&D has any real depth and isn't instead a boring back and forth where the loser is the first one to run out of hit points.
@HyveMynd To be fair, D&D also includes a referee. The rules are 100% intended to be interpreted by a human and applied through a filter. Not playing with all the rules is, in essence, playing by the rules.
@FragginUnicorns I have literally, in 30 years of playing RPGs, never seen a sheet that didn't let you write in your own gender (or maybe just didn't ask for it). Why is this even a question?
