In flood-hit Sivasagar, a severely weakened kitten was found struggling to survive, trapped on the bars of a gate above rising water.

The visual shows the kitten hanging helplessly, its body soaked and visibly frail, with fur clumped in mud and dirt. Its limbs appear too weak to hold on, trembling as it tries to keep itself from slipping into the water below.

A couple had gone to the area to distribute flood relief when they noticed the kitten in this critical condition. Moved by the sight, they immediately stepped in and carefully rescued her from the gate.

They took her home, where they provided food, warmth, and care, slowly nursing her back to health.

Now, the once fragile kitten is safe, healthy, and in good condition. She has been adopted by the couple, who have named her Lucky.
