@AviancaEscucha It was AV835 yesterday (15 September). You rebooked passengers on a LatAm flight the next day (today). The latest unpleasantness: after barely 2 hours of sleep, LatAm won’t recognize your checked baggage policies and are demanding money for a second checked bag. What a mess!
