@jsteinbergerMD You can achieve all of the above with a well executed MIS TLIF. I routinely do bilateral facetectomies allowing good mobilization of the segment and also allows for excellent bilateral decomprsssion and can still directly visualize the nerves.

@Lexus very disappointed. purchased an expensive car & was told I would receive a 2nd key soon. Now being told by dealership it is not their problem & if I want 2nd key I have to pay for it. bought a @Lexus expecting premium customer service-this doesn’t feel like premium service
