@JetBlue just wanted to let you know the flight experience from JFK to Reno this evening was awful. Your app said boarding at 7:20 but then suddenly flashed doors closing at 6:50(ish). Gate agent was rude. Flight was late. Bag pickup took 40 minutes. Awful.

@AirCanada another trip with both flights late. Wifi doesn’t work on either flight. One flight I can take my carryon and put it in the overhead and the next I cant. I fly a lot and dread taking your airline. Of the major North American airlines you are the worst #ACsucks
