We're obsessed with helping you get paid fast.
We wrapped up the Gartner conference last weekend and had over 100 conversations with finance leaders who are actively rethinking how they run AR.
The pattern we kept hearing: solutions take months to implement and still aren't AI-native.
Monk goes live in days, not months.
White-glove onboarding and 7-day support.
AI-native from day one. Julia, our agent, drives 24% faster responses than standard dunning.
$1B in AR already under management.
Next stop, London for Tech Week and Stripe Tour 2026. If you'll be there, reach out.
We just crossed $1B in receivables under management.
Next stop: Automate 2026 (June 22-25, Chicago). First AI-native AR automation company to exhibit.
Come find us if you're there.

The hard part of cash application isn't matching payments to invoices. It's figuring out what the payor intended.
A $9,750 payment on a $10,000 invoice could be a short-pay, an approved discount, a processor fee, or an error. The answer changes everything downstream.

Today @usemonk is sharing the definitive AR guide. Written for CFOs evaluating build vs. buy, RevOps leaders tired of finance escalations, and AR teams stuck running the same manual playbook on a new tool.
Most AR content is about collections tactics: send reminders, escalate faster, call more.
What no one talks about is that high DSO is rarely a pure collections problem. It's an infrastructure problem that starts the moment a contract is signed.
At @usemonk we spent the past year working with finance teams across SaaS, services, and manufacturing businesses of all sizes. The same failure points keep showing up: (1) every late payment and customer are treated the same, (2) recurring exceptions handled manually, (3) dunning that fires on a schedule instead of responding to context, and (4) cash application that lags close by days.
Above all - we've seen the work from the last mile of AR (the edge cases) fall back on the working team. Not okay.
Fixing these issues is what drives 40%+ DSO reduction. A better email template and a dunning sequence are not helpful.

Today @usemonk is announcing our $25M Series A co-led by @footworkvc and @AcrewCapital with continued support from @btv_vc.
$3T sits in U.S. accounts receivable. Our mission is to close the gap between earning revenue and receiving it.
For most B2B companies, that gap is 45-90 days, thousands of hours of manual work per year, and millions in trapped working capital. It's a tax every growing business pays.
Monk invented the Intelligent Collections category.
Most AR tools automate the easy parts. We built for the edge cases, portal uploads, PO mismatches, and disputes.
On average, customers see 40% lower DSO, 24% higher collections response rate and 25+ hours/month saved.
Thank you to @ElevenLabs, @tryprofound, @siro_app, and our customers for the trust.
Our platform typically pays for itself in month one.

good day for businesses who want to get paid fast because @mdmorgan0 joins @usemonk .
prior @mdmorgan0 spent time in GTM/ops and similar to 40% of our team - was also a founder.
in all parts of the company (not just eng) - we run a # of experiments. we've gone through many iterations of the interview process. Michael had a top 0.1% role agnostic score and has already made an impact by giving our GTM more structure.
welcome @mdmorgan0

Figuring out what parts of the workflow should be solved by agents vs. deterministic code vs. the end-user is an art.

professionalism/empathy are the underlying principles behind our intelligent collections module
took a while to make this happen, but is 100% worth it because Nurah will raise our bar.
Nurah joins @usemonk from @jpmorgan to take on ops.
Nurah is a perpetual learner. She transferred from Rutgers to @georgetown in search for more.
At @georgetown Nurah was a baker scholar and double majored in philosophy/econ.
In her first 2 weeks Nurah has already:
- improved our onboarding process
- shipped 3 growth marketing experiments
- became a trusted advisor to our customers
and a thought partner in how we are building the business
It's hard to imagine our team without Nurah despite the fact that it's only been 2 weeks.
Most billing tools say they integrate with @salesforce. They mean they read a few standard fields. And it's implied that the integration is brittle.
Today @usemonk is launching our native integration with @salesforce
We do a # of things differently:
1/ when a deal closes, @usemonk picks it up in real time (no batch sync). We use frontier models to read the full opportunity (standard fields, custom fields, attachments, everything) and create a billing schedule.
2/ we deploy a native managed package. This is not a connector and not a polling system. Real-time webhooks, access to your SFDC data model, and sandbox support are part of it.
3/ @usemonk supports every permutation of a B2B SaaS commercial term. If your sales team can sell it - we can bill for it
4/ Significant guardrails are built in (via our system and via flagging for your review) to ensure that everything is correct.
If your team spends time setting up billing after the deal closes - we'd love to help.

great thing about claude/LLMs is that for the first time - every single teammate can and will build something awesome and non-performative at a hackathon

we continue to innovate in the intelligent collections domain while rethinking the feedback loop between agents/end-users
