Ed Miliband, deliver what the UK Government promised and sanction Ateret Cohanim.

You said yourself that Palestinians are facing ethnic cleansing in areas of the West Bank, perpetrated by Israeli settler terrorists.

Ateret Cohanim is an Israeli settler organisation involved in acquiring property and expanding settlements in occupied East Jerusalem. UK Toremet, reportedly used to transfer UK funds benefiting Ateret Cohanim or an affiliated organisation, identifies NatWest as its banker.

You warned those financing or facilitating illegal settlements that they would face UK sanctions.

Now those words need action. Investigate this UK funding route, sanction Ateret Cohanim and those financing or facilitating its activities, freeze their assets, and stop UK financial channels from supporting the dispossession and displacement of Palestinians your Government has described as ethnic cleansing.

Wanted under the rule of law and subject to an arrest warrant, a genocider, a criminal, and an occupier, with the blood of tens of thousands of Palestinian, Lebanese, Syrian, and Iranian children on his hands, Netanyahu deserves neither an audience nor anyone willing to listen to his prepared slides of shame calling for more war and more bloodshed across the entire region.

In Gaza, children play stretcher.

They carry dolls the way they’ve watched adults carry the bodies of their loved ones.

Children imitate the world we give them.

How can we forget or forgive? We grew up watching our Palestinian people in Gaza being killed, starved, and besieged for many years. It is too late to erase this from our Palestinian collective memory. Palestine will be free, whether they choose to accept it as a fact or not.
