Bengaluru everyday produce more than 3500tonnes of wet organic waste and there are around 16,500 govt appointed sanitary workers,in that 12,600 are permanent.

Do the simple maths and calculate how much waste one sanitary worker has to collect every day.

First you create a situation of contract workers not employees coz you want to pay less, offer no protections. Then you don’t pursue the contractors for non payment of dues to contracted workers. Then you’re dismissive when asked to regularize. This is the caste system at work.
