@StaffordshireCC I reported water bubbling up through the road surface outside my property last year ref 4299458. This has progressivly got worse and has now encroached on to my drive and is undermining my driveway. Can someone please investigate this properly

@OctopusEnergy Again for over a month I’ve been emailing the help email as I’ve had 2 bills but no export credit SEG, I’ve sent 3 emails and not received even an acknowledgment!

@joinbonnet really disappointed that the first charge attempt after subscribing failed due to some issue between you and Ionity so only option was to pay full price to start charging. The only advice from your support was try and find another charger in the local area.
