🔹 As the U.S.-imposed war against Iran enters a new phase, reports indicate growing divisions and dissatisfaction with the war across different levels of the American military.

🔹 According to multiple intelligence and military sources close to the Pentagon, refusal by U.S. personnel to carry out orders from superiors is increasing at an unprecedented rate. Many soldiers, mid-level personnel, and some senior officers reportedly believe that the war against Iran has no legitimate national security basis and is an illegal war initiated and continued by President Trump to please Israel.

🔹 In the latest directive sent to CENTCOM on Wednesday, July 15, U.S. War Secretary Hegseth instructed CENTCOM Commander Brad Cooper that even the slightest expression of opposition to continuing the war at any level must be met with an immediate and decisive response from the U.S. military’s inspector and oversight authorities.

🔹 Since the beginning of July alone, 158 personnel at various levels have faced administrative, disciplinary, or punitive action for refusing to carry out orders or for openly opposing the war. According to a report by The New Yorker, at least 34 of those 158 individuals are facing prison terms ranging from 3 to 14 months.
