Last weekend, I went to see ‘Face Down in the Dirt, a #fringe #theatre #production at the @KingsHeadThtr. It was a rehearsed reading as part of the #PlatformFestival, a unique opportunity for audiences to witness #productions in development. [1of4]

As we get slightly older [cough] it’s easy to lose touch with that #creativespark and boundless #energy that used to drive us in our twenties (along with coffee and red bull) but attending events like this helps to reinvigorate that part of the brain. [3of4]

We received a lovely warm welcome whilst #filming in #Birmingham last week. The film will form part of an #elearning programme and features ‘real people’ (as opposed to actors) talking about their jobs . . .

. . . I really enjoy this sort of shoot. It’s very different from working from a script. I love the spontaneity and authenticity of it all, and it’s great to meet new people, hear their stories, and find out what makes them tick . . .
