Two intriguing things to see here: the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, whose stance was to always boycott elections, now wants to be a political party and participate in elections. Second, the Dahlan-Fatah party doesn't have a problem working with all the Palestinian Islamist parties in a future Palestine.
The bare minimum Hamas and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad deserve, after what they brought to Gaza, to be completely and definitely barred from Participating in the Palestinian political spectrum.
