@DaSonixFan97 Rockstar is basically a developer’s sweatshop and have been for years. No matter how good this game is, the devs will be punished somehow. And no one cares because it’s a game people have waited for over 13 years for.

@slcmof Gaming has had so many “biggest gaming events of our lifetimes” in over 40 years of gaming. Happens at least once a decade. It will happen again. I can wait until it’s on sale on PC years from now and be perfectly fine.

@LonoSG The fact is no amount of physical disk purchases were going to prevent corporate greed from excising anything that costs a couple more dollars to produce.

But also this is about consumer rights to own what they buy, not physical disks. Do it digitally and no one would care.

@8biteric Games were released complete and without DLC and risk of your game being revoked because consoles didn’t have access to internet.

@_MambaForever_ Not sure if you’re aware, but people in America have a right to protest when their civil rights are being trampled on. Such as when we are expected to spend money on anti-consumerist practices that prevent us from owning the product we buy.

This is speaking out against anti-consumer practices ensuring that you never own your games and they can be easily taken away at any time, which is likely due to Sony’s history. There is no value in playing on PS if PC has an open all-digital market.

@ErikInCt_ Once upon a time, we didn’t need DLC or updates because the games were released as complete and final products. This was before consoles could connect to the internet and digital copies were a thing.

Now you pay twice as much for a partial game and far more to download the rest.

@anymanfitness Too much to ask for a decent living wage like in other countries? If you try to tip workers there, they are confused and insulted, because they get paid properly by their employer.

@oelma__ My husband and I cook 90% of our meals in a cast-iron skillet. The best ones are the pan-seared steaks that go straight on the oven and get basted with compound butter. Your brother is missing out. That thing is so versatile and lasts so much longer than any Teflon pan.

@MADkurious I will pay full price for games I genuinely want to succeed. I will pay half-price or lower for games I am only half-interested in. By then, the supporters already gave their whole wallets and sales bring in more customers.
