@NickMinock Today I represented a victim of assault and battery in Fairfax county. Descano’s office refused to prosecute the case despite the victim being present and a recorded confession by the defendant.

@BradleyRHaywood As a defense attorney I loathe man mins. But i think I could put on a good debate on their efficacy/fairness if you’re saying you’re undefeated. In my experience man mins have only discouraged guilty clients from going to trial. Man mins also curb progressively light sentences.
