@runicstave I'm doing the opposite... I am writing a cut and dry, good vs. evil series. Fighting monsters, slaying evil, all with a six-gun... While I want the reader to understand what the monsters are and do, its only to showcase their evil.

@chanwalrus@vanilla_dad I don't disagree. I think an unholy knight is in order. I know death knight is its own thing but I think forever should have added it as a level 1, and reworked it.
@Nobleshield I think the Lawful is more important than the "Good."
Every god has a set of codes they expect their believers to embody. What that means to me is that if you aren't willing to embody your god's code of conduct, zealously... You aren't fit to be their champion.
@Marakath Disagree... Say what you will but you're missing the point of a paladin in a party setting. As a long time DM an LG paladin is an incredible safety rail for murder hobo prevention.
If Lawful Good is a deal breaker for you, then you need to work on impulse control.
@hondoshavar@jonzzy More on this. I think a paladin should fight with a sword differently than a warrior. Or even deeper, a low level character fights worse visually than a high level character. Same with spellcasting/effects
Different weapons with different animations, the list goes on and on.
