@Em_anating @Megankstack My 4-yo was taught to open up his hand and then trace up and down the fingers with the index finger of his other hand, saying “inhale” as he goes up a finger and “exhale” as he goes down. 5 deep breaths and you don’t even have to know how to count!

@Bob_Wachter What about for J&J recipients? I’ve seen zero about whether J&J + 1 booster is enough or if like others we’ll eventually need a third shot to be considered fully vaccinated (I’m 5 months past a Pfizer booster on top of my J&J and have absolutely no idea how protected I am now)

@IKEAUSAHelp @IKEAUSA In June, the truck making our Ikea delivery backed into our car, damaging the hood and bumper.

The driver couldn't provide any proof of insurance and our insurance can't get hold of the delivery company. Looking for Ikea's help to resolve
