@BestBuySupport WHY was my order cancelled?! EVERY SINGLE time I try to use my Amex you cancel my order and send an email claiming you couldn’t verify info so the order was cancelled. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Someone needs to fix this now. I’ll be letting Amex know about this too.
