Despite my ASINs being approved as Non-Dangerous Goods, I'm facing hurdles as Amazon FBA records haven't been updated despite repeated requests. Seeking advice on resolving this issue - any solutions out there?

Amazon deactivated our account on 09/June under section 3 citing a link to an already deactivated account to which we have no connection. The last Plan on Action (PoA) was filed on 19/July and is currently under evaluation by Amazon.
@kashif_ki@uym @UmerRia71457592 My message was to point out a discrepancy in Nadra system. My card was shipped on 6 march as a result of repetitive follow ups. I received dispatch email on 14th march. This integration mismatch need attention.
@uym How #Nadra system works. I have applied ID card ( executive cat) from overseas. Card was printed on 22 Feb. ( some say 25th Feb.) and no one knows whats next and why its not delivered yet. System should clearly have info where the card is and its not working.
