@alteventer Thank you so much! I know it’s not easy to have to fill everyone in but as a member of the queer community, I want to make sure I keep myself and others a safe! You’re the best :)
@kaylal563 How did I miss this?!? If you’re okay with it - I’ll be another one sharing the photo with a friend because Lupin’s condition is so good it’s unreal.
@bigponyenergy The main benefits are to keep the horses enriched while also giving them some type of terrain. This set up obviously has no hills and so the muscles horses naturally exercise on slopes aren’t being used as much. If a horse is really weak in the back end, we’ll often throw some in
I believe turning Gaelan into a little kid packer is going to be incredibly fulfilling. We’ve already mastered lowering our head for the bridle on cue.
I don’t want to make light of mental illness but I’m seriously having trouble comprehending how someone could beat a sedated horse without feeling an ounce of guilt or remorse afterwards. You cannot ✨care✨about animals and prey on the them, regardless of if they’re vulnerable.
@erinnpostt Thank you, Erin! I see a lot of talk about how social media is inherently bad for mental health but it’s really been a tool for my wellness. I 1000% appreciate if it had the opposite affect for someone else but I wanted to clarify what it meant for me! :)
