My grandmother is 90 years old and I've been trying to schedule her vaccination apt. in @MelbourneFL for over a month now and they just called and told me I can schedule an apt. but the only available place is 90 minutes away in Orlando - where she can't get to.

@MelbourneFL I did use that site and signed up for pre-registration and then this is what happened.

When I told them Orlando is too far away I was told to call the number listed, which I did, but then it just said your info is already in the system.
