@lauriesviews Another vote for the 'Autism Spectrum' Master's programme at Sheffield Hallam. The department has fantastically passionate academics, some of whom are autistic and all of whom are knowledgeable advocates and just lovely humans.

Do any other autistic people have difficulty /cannot tolerate prescription glasses to correct vision because they can see the peripheral distortion in the lenses? Any tips to help? My daughter has poor vision but cannot tolerate the distortion. We are in the UK.

Opthamologist was fascinated at her ability to describle the distortion that he has never in his entire career known anyone else to be able to see. Suggested smaller lenses 'may' help but they haven't.

Please retweet if possible. We are desperate and she cannot be the only autistic person to have this issue. It's not just 'a bit annoying' she literally cannot wear glasses and so can't see. Very frustrating and no one seems to be able to help. TY
