A mother looking at her entire family, all of whom were martyred.
All I want is for you to understand the depth of what she was feeling in that moment, as she sat there silently, staring at them wrapped in shrouds before her.
🚨🚨 Unfortunately, The Sameer Project took the decision today to close our kitchen a few days a week because we are not getting enough funding. The 3,000 sandwiches we make cost around $8,500 to $9,000 per day and that’s the amount we are getting across all campaigns. Our hearts ache as we make this announcement but there’s no other option 🚨🚨

Taghreed lives in Asdqa Camp in Deir El Balah, a camp that we support regularly, and she talks about her daily struggles and the risks she took to keep her kids alive. Including risking her life to go get food during the famine. Taghreed and her family are one of many that we support through our community kitchen.
On May 2nd, the Translating Falasteen x The Sameer Project gave out 885 liver sandwiches in Asdqa Camp, Asqalan area, Central Gaza. Total cost with 11% commission was $2,104.
The Sameer Project team is extremely sad about lowering our food production. Most community kitchens provide lentils and plain pasta that many people in camps through away. We pride ourselves in providing high quality tasty nutritious food and pray that donations pick up again so we can get back to distributing at maximum capacity.

🚨🇮🇹 Following legal action by the #HindRajabFoundation, Israeli war criminal Ofer Winter has cancelled his trip and did not travel to Italy out of fear of arrest. This is now confirmed.
We consider this a concrete win for the HRF and our allies in Italy. When suspected war criminals are forced to alter their movements that is a form of accountability.
Full accountability, however, must lead to arrest and prosecution. We will continue pursuing that objective.

An Iranian pharmaceutical company—the only global competitor to a Zionist company in producing the active ingredient for multiple sclerosis medication—was attacked by Zionists under the pretext of chemical weapons production, in an effort to eliminate their rival.
Shame on you!
This shocking photo shows an Israeli soldier marketing his jewelry business by using a Palestinian father who was arrested by the Israeli army from his home last night during a West Bank raid.
This is what the Israeli occupation in the West Bank looks like.
Kōzō Okamoto was a Japanese revolutionary who joined the Japanese Red Army and fought against the Israeli occupation in the 1970's.
In 1972, he took part in the Lod Airport operation in Israel, in coordination with the PFLP – General Command. He was captured and sentenced to life imprisonment.
In 1985, he was released in a prisoner exchange and moved to Lebanon, where he was granted political asylum. Protected by Palestinian factions, he spent the rest of his life as a symbol of international solidarity with Palestine.
He once declared: “I gave my youth to the Palestinian cause. As long as there is oppression, resistance is not only a right, it is a duty.”
BREAKING:
🇮🇷🇺🇸The Iranian embassy in South Africa posted photos of the two commanders who ordered the attack on the school that killed 180 children and wrote:
“Remember these two criminals. Leigh R. Tate, the commander, and Jeffrey E. York, the executive officer of the USS Spruance, who ordered the launch of Tomahawk missiles three times, killing 168 innocent children at a school in Minab.
Don’t they have children of their own?”
“I will not stop speaking up for the people of Palestine.” These were the words of Within Our Lifetime’s Chair and Founder @NerdeenKiswani after local and federal authorities disrupted an assassination plot against her by a 26-year-old Zionist named Alexander Heifler.
As Palestinians and supporters of Palestine around the world have rallied around her in a show of unwavering support, her words continue to move us all to action in defense of Gaza, in defense of Palestine, and in defense of all those who raise their voices for freedom, justice and return.
According to the Associated Press, Heifler is affiliated with an offshoot of the Jewish Defense League named JDL 613 Brotherhood. In January 2026, the group posted a death threat against her and her baby. In response she declared, “The JDL, a Zionist terrorist organization, is openly threatening me and my child, saying they’re watching us and will ‘make sure we don’t exist’ in the US. I take these threats seriously because I remember the JDL assassinated Palestinian activist Alex Odeh in California in 1985.”
The assassination plot against Nerdeen was disrupted just weeks after she filed a lawsuit against Betar, another Zionist organization connected to the JDL who has threatened and incited attacks against our comrade for years.
From the JDL to Betar, Nerdeen has been exposing these threats for years, only to be met with no institutional recognition, action or accountability.
“This lawsuit is about more than me,” Nerdeen declared after filing the suit in February 2026. “It is about ensuring that Zionist organizations cannot stalk, threaten, and attempt to physically intimidate Palestinians and our allies with impunity.”
The fight to protect Nerdeen and Palestinian activists has never been more urgent. Take action by donating to her legal campaign and sharing widely: https://t.co/XIuMVGg8Ir
No matter how much they seek to silence and intimidate us, they have failed, and will continue to fail.
#WeStandWithNerdeen today and every day, until Palestinian liberation within our lifetime.
As a Palestinian woman, I have faced years of harassment, threats, doxxing, and intimidation by Zionist men. They target us in particular but they will not stop there. They will come for anyone who speaks out.
This violent, extremist, colonial ideology targets Palestinians, especially women and children, to seize our homes, lives, and futures. One of the first major acts of modern terrorism in Palestine was the bombing of the King David Hotel by the Zionist paramilitary group Irgun in 1946, which killed 91 people.
Since then, Zionist groups have carried out acts of terror across the region and the world. They have a history of targeting Palestinians abroad, including the assassination of activist Alex Odeh in the U.S., and continue to expand their influence and attacks wherever they operate.
They must be stopped. Elected officials or state representatives who work with or support these groups must be investigated. Their rhetoric enables Zionist terrorism. Gaza exposed it to the world and we must act accordingly.
Getting more information that they planned to firebomb my home and flee the country. That’s exactly what Zionist groups did to Palestinian activist Alex Odeh in the 80s. They didn’t face consequences and feel emboldened to continue doing this.
