@virginmedia Terrible service. Still waiting for my install to be completed. Been waiting since Saturday. Spoken to 6 people/departments yesterday and 3 already today. Going to cancel this if it carries on. I'm a new customer, why won't you help?

@bt_uk So you say my speeds are fine when i can't do much on the Internet without it crashing. I do speed tests on your site and another and this is the difference... at the end of my tether, been with BT 4 years and cannot wait to leave this terrible service!

@bt_uk Wifi isn't working. I am connected via ethernet at the moment. However, I pay for wifi too, so this ongoing problem i've been having for months and being told it is fine its not, is not the service I am paying for!

@SubwayUK ordered a vegan sub with all the salad except jalapeños and peppers and this is what I was sent? Also ordered a drink which didn't arrive. Called them and she told us That she can't stay on the phone they need to make a card payment 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

@sainsburys Hi sainsburys.Just wondering why my local in N12, London,is so bad for vegans? You have no vegan cheeses and when I asked the staff, I was laughed at. I know at least 4 of us a 5 min walk away that would buy these products if you had them. Instead I drive to tesco. 🤷‍♀️

@YodelOnline Your incompetent driver marked my parcel as delivered and left a calling card saying 'call me' with phone number. He texts me the next day saying 'I just live round the corner, I'll bring it'. Has not brought it? You said they cant do anything about this until 1/2

@VirginTrains why do you allow seat reservations 3 months in advance if for two journeys our reserved seats were not given?
