Drone footage captures a female Loggerhead Turtle encountering a Tiger Shark, and the resilient turtle adeptly employs its carapace to shield itself from the shark's advances.

Following a successful defense, the turtle retaliates by targeting the shark's tail and repelling the threat, showcasing the remarkable survival instincts of this remarkable marine creature~

This shocking footage taken near #Gigha shows dead flapper skates - which are critically endangered - along with other elasmobranchs. These have been caught as unwanted bycatch by the nets of a prawn trawler & discarded.

Today is the first ever nationwide nurses strike, a badge of shame for the govt.

Nurses are not to blame: they've been burnt out by 12 years of Tory austerity.

The nursing union offered to cancel the strike simply if Ministers sat down to discuss pay. The govt refused.
