@I_choo_choo_u @Hermesparcels I’m not so sure, it was supposed to arrive between 12 and 2 but no dice. Had so many issues like this - a neighbour recently knocked at mine as apparently I’d taken in her parcel (which I’d never seen in my life). It’s wild.

@Chazzawatts @Hermesparcels I remember hearing about this! Wouldn’t be surprised if that’s what has happened. My heart sinks every time I see it’s Hermes delivering a parcel to me, there’s an issue literally every time.
@Divefire @Hermesparcels This is the third time in the space of about a month that I’ve had issues with them. Can’t understand how they’re still in business when so many people have such poor experiences with their service.
Hey @Uber_Support, I’m confused. I’ve never asked for a refund or replacement of an item before, but “the nature, frequency and similarity of the complaints received are not indicative of the service we offer and are highly atypical of any one account”? I just wanted my sushi 😒

@LLHallJ You’d have to hope you got a different guy every time. I’ve had the woeful situation of getting the same deliveroo driver twice in one night which felt like peak shame at the time, but retrospectively it could’ve been worse if he’d seen the inside of my house...
