Andy Isaac is honored with the Courage Award by the Michigan Sports Hall of Fame. Beautiful job by @MSHOF and @BradGalli on the presentation. Please give it a watch. @WorldofIsaac, you are so missed.
The love for Isaac (@worldofisaac) has been amazing - featured on ESPN, local and national media outlets, and Gov. Whitmer. With his services/funeral approaching, please refrain from being physically present and allow his family and close friends to mourn privately. #Faturday ❤️
Andy was an everlasting figure in Detroit sports, and no one embodied the proud, caring spirit of Michigan quite like he did.
We hear you, Michigan. More soon. #Faturday
We're doing a tribute to Andy Isaac on our talkshow The Nine today. It's kind of a full circle moment -- I realized this morning that I talked about Isaac and Faturday the very first time I was ever on the show in 2017. The tribute is around 9:15a: https://t.co/DbyRAWo93p
One of the first times I hung out with Andy was in Vegas in 2011 for the Super Bowl. Lexus threw an extravagant party at the Palazzo sportsbook, inviting a bunch of oddball Internet sports media types like us to watch the game bc it was their first time running a Super Bowl commercial.
I don't have words right now about the loss of my friend @WorldofIsaac, so I re-published his super secret chili recipe from 13 years ago (ads turned off on the page), and added a short foreword. He'll be missed by all. #FTB. https://t.co/3fgsVCW85W https://t.co/3fgsVCW85W
A true legend of the game & one of my favorite colleagues ever. Kept me sane and propelled me upward without ever asking for anything in return. One of the nicest people I've had the pleasure of knowing. This place was so much better with him and because of him
Rest in Peace to my friend. Andy was so funny, so smart, so forward-thinking with social media and blogging. And he was so nice to everybody.
He was a great national representative of Detroit and MSU sports on here, and he was so positive.

At my baby shower, Isaac found all my family members and talked with them. They were really surprised cuz they had never met him before and how much he knew about them 🩷
when I visited last week, @Tim_Goergen had driven to Buffalo to retrieve buffalo wings for Andy. perfect tribute, a testament to how far his friends would go for him—not that he ever asked. he fought cancer for 18 years and was always more interested in how you were doing.
the best person in the whole wide world. i’m so glad Andy was surrounded by his amazing family over these past couple weeks. an incredible group of people. rest easy, friend.
Good morning .
Andy passed away peacefully this morning beside his loving family. We thank you all for your support and love over the years. This was a genuine space of laughter and kindness. Please carry this spirit on in honor of Andy.
As always, Faturday forever and FTB .
