I wish I never got my ADHD dx. Ever since, I have had an identity crisis. Did I always do this? Am I making excuses for myself? Am I getting worse? Imagine questioning whether you really feel the way you do or simply living up to ADHD expectations. (Or lack of). 🙈😅
