@AdequateOSU@Supplementariez@tortoises52 Yeah legal jargon only exists as long as there are people to enforce it. We have lost our humanity in this cold and regulated reality where morals are oftentimes ignored in favour of "what the piece of paper says". Many such cases in the art community.
@eGVVbKLXI5c8a4C@Supplementariez@tortoises52 yes it is pretty much terrible, infinite layoffs without any reason, pay cuts, replacement of native workers with cheap imported labour, low quality of products and services. That is why Asian countries are leaps and bounds in front of us, because corpos there work for people!
@eGVVbKLXI5c8a4C@Supplementariez@tortoises52 It may be that where You are from corpos are not as greedy and comically evil as in Europe or the Americas. Here it basically is a competition on who can do the most human rights violations and get away with it
@Supplementariez@tortoises52 I would not give them the benefit of doubt. They for sure saw your stuff and simply copied it without any credit, that is what corporations do at the end of the day...
@RowsdowerZapp@LeviLimit6070 Never said anything about "should look different"? One can't help the shape of their jaw, asymmetry of their face, size of their noses ecc. I meant this more than "striving to look different ".
