2/2 this means in order to text my 92 year old mum, and anyone else without an iPhone, I must turn off iCloud for photos just so I can text… Thx for the update?🤬

@tim_cook @Apple well, this sucks. Apparently photos are prioritized in iCloud upload. Since I’m a photographer I will literally never have enough storage to host anything other than my photos on iCloud.1/2

@Apple Fix the MMS you just broke. I gotta pay for more iCloud cause you upload photos first so storage is always full but can no longer use MMS without buying more storage. Seems greedy.

@apple @tim_cook I can’t believe I’m saying this. I’m moving to android. So here’s the game. Apple wants you to upload your photos to iCloud. When you do that your iCloud storage becomes full. Apple wants you to buy more iCloud storage to remedy this…

But because you take more photos as you remedy this it’s filled up immediately by the photos. This means when Apple does something like update their MMS services so that you must use MMS with iCloud you must pay more money or delete your photos.
