@risingaction it’s funny, I think I actually listened MORE last year, in the thick of COVID lockdown, when there was no “sports” to be discussed, for precisely this reason. in isolation, with the world around crumbling, the connection was familiar/grounding and the irreverence was therapeutic

Botch (as media persona) and 1040 both, in diff ways/degrees, sounded our weird fandom and ennobled its zeitgeists
