Leverage internal comms this week to rally _everyone_ around the campaign/event/thing you're about to push out.
Why don't we instead look at presenting solutions to peoples problems then let them decide ON THEIR OWN if you are the right fit. I have a funny feeling the relationship will get off to a much better start if you do.
Also, I saw this post about the mindset of "converting" a customer. It's the same as manipulating them to do something they wouldn't otherwise do. Is that really what we are out here trying to do in the marketing world?
