- Given the duration of this wait, what specific aspects of FOIA compliance require further clarification?

3. What measures are in place to ensure compliance with federal FOIA regulations?

I have attached emails exchanged with the FOIA liaison at Fort Knox, redacting personal contact information to prevent any undue harassment. These communications illustrate the ongoing issue and our attempts to seek resolution.

I am also reaching out to the FOIA Ombudsman (@FOIA_Ombuds) for assistance in resolving these concerns and ensuring that the Army adheres to federal transparency laws.

FOIA does not grant any federal agency the authority to regulate or legislate beyond the explicit provisions of the law.
