Anytime people talk about the attitude of Reuben Abati on Arise TV and how he tries to bully his co-presenters, I do not take it too seriously.
The reason is simple: Reuben Abati is more of a politician than a journalist.
As someone who has served in the capacity of a Special Adviser on Media to a President, he has mastered the craft of rewriting narratives and painting them into something they were never envisaged to be.
To Reuben, everything is politics, and the only time he seems to speak reality without restraint is when he is discussing people he is not on talking terms with.
So many times, he has had clashes with Ojy, always trying to shut her down.
Probably because he is the eldest among the presenters, he often seems to lord his age and experience over others, using them as a means of intimidation.
But one thing I like is the fact that he has Rufai as his match.
Rufai is someone who will never succumb to such intimidation, and that is perhaps why their exchanges are always interesting to watch.
At the end of the day, Ruben Abati may be a brilliant journalist, but the politician in him is always very visible and will never allow him to do his job without bias.

@LugileK I now understand why the whites in southโ Africa segregate themselves from animals. Will never have any sympathy for them going forward. Chasing your fellow black man to kill him with sticks and stones is inhumane and there are better and more civilised ways to go about this.
Man shocks everyone in Walmart Parking Lot!
This is one of my most viewed videos! Over 500 million people have seen this video. Grateful the guy filming gave me the video so I could share it with the world.
@FrmNGGStoGODs Fact. The name Israel was chosen amongst several others names like Zion, Judah etc% in 1948. They purposely chose the name Israel due to the religious implication of the name called Israel to unsuspecting christians. Say no to religious blackmail.
