I was once an atheist. I doubted God and searched for truth on my own. But by the grace of God, I came to know the truth: Jesus Christ is Lord. Today, I belong to Him, and I will proclaim His name for the rest of my life.
Amen.
🚨INCREDIBLE: During a multi-vehicle collision on the Route 90 bridge in Ocean City, Maryland, a 2-year-old girl was ejected from a pickup truck, falling nearly 30 feet into the Assawoman Bay below.
Jonathan Bauer, who was driving across the bridge with his teenage daughter when the crash occurred, rushed over to inspect the wreckage. Looking down into the water, he saw the toddler floating face down and becoming unresponsive.
Without hesitation, Bauer instructed his daughter to flag down first responders, removed his shoes, and leapt off the bridge into the bay. He swam to the little girl, lifted her onto his shoulder, and patted her back until she coughed up water and began breathing again.
A passing pontoon boat quickly navigated toward them, pulling both Bauer and the toddler out of the water and transporting them to shore, where emergency personnel were waiting. The child was airlifted to a regional medical center for evaluation and released the following day in good condition.
Bauer was later honored by local law enforcement and civic leaders for his decisive actions and selflessness.
My son is in ICU. Foaming at his mouth (pulmonary edema); laryngitis; BP dangerously low; temperature dangerously low (hypothermia) (85.1° F). Please pray for him.
A school bus carrying 65 children started drifting into oncoming traffic after the driver suddenly lost consciousness.
Most of the kids didn’t even realize what was happening at first because they were looking at their phones, playing games or wearing AirPods.
But five rows back, 13-year-old Dillon Reeves noticed the driver’s hands drop from the wheel and the bus begin swerving into traffic.
He didn’t hesitate. Dillon jumped up, ran to the front, grabbed the steering wheel and slammed on the brake, bringing the 15,000-pound school bus to a stop before it crashed.
Then, with terrified kids screaming behind him and the driver still unconscious beside him, Dillon yelled for someone to call 911.
All 65 students made it out without a single injury, and the bus driver was treated at the scene and later made a full recovery.
That’s the kind of young hero people should know about.
I feel a little apprehensive about asking this. I am 68 years old and am having a five hour spine surgery tomorrow. I’m asking for prayers if you believe in that. I know this is no big deal to so many of you that face much more challenging health problems. Thank you so much!!
Prayer Request Kim Singleton: Please keep my son Patrick in your prayers. He’s in Children’s PICU. He has this rare condition named Lemierre Syndrome. He’s having difficulty breathing (not on any ventilators) just uncomfortable along with several other complications.
God please wrap your healing arms around my son. Heal him from his head to his feet Father in Jesus name, Amen!
I’m beginning to realize that Christianity isn’t just about trying harder not to sin, it’s about growing so close to God that the desire for sin starts to fade.🕊️
A routine training exercise changed everything in seconds. 💔🙏
Seventeen-year-old Finn Renard was on the final day of his junior lifeguarding internship in San Diego when a dive into the ocean ended in a devastating accident. Finn struck the ocean floor, suffering a severe spinal cord injury that left him fighting for his life.
After emergency surgery, Finn regained some movement in his arms, but his family says he still faces an incredibly difficult road ahead. Through it all, they continue to hold onto hope as Finn receives critical medical care and prepares for extensive rehabilitation.
One moment especially reveals Finn’s heart. Before surgery, he reportedly thanked the medical team for doing everything they could to keep him alive.
Today, this family needs a community standing beside them.
