𝗜𝗜. 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆

The Tuanjie Police Station of Chaoyang District, Beijing, commissioned the Beijing Shengtang Forensic Identification Institute to conduct an autopsy and determine the cause of death of a 37-year-old male surnamed Yu.

𝗜𝗜𝗜. 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗽𝘀𝘆 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀

1. External Examination

- Height: 181 cm

- Body build: Normal development, average nutrition, pale yellow skin.

- Superficial lymph nodes: No palpable enlargement.

- Postmortem lividity: Dark red, concentrated in the occipital, parietal, back, lumbar-sacral regions and lower extremities.

- Areas not under pressure: Color unchanged upon compression.

- Abdomen: Early greenish discoloration indicating initial decomposition.

2. Head and Face

- Hair black, thick, approximately 12 cm long.

- Scalp shows contusions and lacerations (details obscured).

- Eyelids and conjunctiva pale; corneas cloudy, pupils non-reactive to light.

- Traces of blood in both ears, external auditory canals, and nose.

- Irregular wound approximately 3 cm long, corresponding irregular horizontal wound of about 7.5 cm on the outer surface.

3. Neck

- Bruising on the right side of the neck; subcutaneous tissue and neck muscles show hemorrhage.

- Soft tissue and muscles in the neck area exhibit marked subcutaneous bleeding.

- Hyoid bone and thyroid cartilage show compression , suggestive of manual strangulation or ligature strangulation.

4. Oral Cavity

- All teeth missing except for the lower right first premolar.
- Oral mucosa and gums show necrotic changes.

5. Trunk and Limbs

- Sutured wound on the left flank and upper left abdomen.

- Right diaphragm appears distended.

- Old scars on the backs of both hands.

- No fractures detected in limbs, joints relatively intact.

6. Genital and Anal Area

- External genitalia normal.

- Anus shows a fresh circular wound about 5 cm in diameter.

- Internal and external sphincter muscles severely torn.

- Evidence of hemorrhage around the area.

𝗜𝗩. 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

1. Head

- Scalp hematoma present. Galea aponeurotica shows hemorrhage. Anterior and posterior fontanelle gaps abnormally widened (not typical in adults).

- Subdural space shows hemorrhage. Indicates closed cranial trauma.

2. Thoracic and Abdominal Cavities

Subcutaneous hemorrhage in the chest wall.

Rib fractures:

- Left: ribs 3-5

- Right: ribs 3-6

Intercostal muscles show hemorrhage at fracture sites.

Sternum shows corresponding injury, likely from strong frontal impact.

Diaphragm shows signs of damage; possible emergency thoracotomy.

Pleural fluid:

- Left: approx. 150 ml
- Right: approx. 200 ml

Pericardial cavity: approx. 160 ml of bloody fluid.

Abdominal cavity: Abdominal wall fat thickness: 0.5 cm

- Upper abdomen with a hemorrhagic region measuring about 16.5 × 7 cm

- Small intestine crushed, mucosa congested and reddened

- About 860 ml of clear yellow fluid in the abdominal cavity.

3. Heart: Weight: 340 g

- Laceration (~1.6 cm) in the superior vena cava.

- Damage (~2.5 cm) to endocardium near the mitral valve and atrial appendage.

=> Indicates cardiac perforation - direct trauma to the heart.

After Bian Ce was forced into a sexual relationship with Cheng Qingsong, he was recommended to CCTV-6, the movie channel.

In 2015, he fell to his death at Sunshine Upper East. Rumors claimed it was drug related, but in reality, it may also have been a murder plotted by Cheng Qingsong and some of his close friends. The case remains unsolved to this day.

In 2016, Qiao Renliang was tortured to death, and Cheng Qingsong was also present.

Afterward, he even posted on Weibo saying: "Delicious"

It is still rumored that when Qiao's parents visited his grave, Cheng followed them to monitor the elderly couple.

In 2025, Yu Menglong followed the same tragic path as Qiao and Bian Ce.

On September 11, after Yu's death, Cheng posted on Weibo: "Delicious", then deleted it.

This was the killer boasting after committing murder.

After Fang Li, Cheng Qingsong, Yuan Ziwen, Yuan Zihao, and Fan Shiqi. Song Yiren also issued a statement announcing she would sue those who defamed her.

This shows that in China, as long as you have money and power, even openly committing murder has no consequences.

The Yu Menglong incident has thrown society into panic and fear. Many ordinary people posted in support of Yu, trying to uncover the truth, because if an ordinary person "disappears", it is even easier to cover up than with a top celebrity who has over 20 million fans.

Yet even with clear evidence, there is no investigation into the culprits, only internet censorship to maintain "stability". People are terrified and living in constant fear.

If the Chinese government continues to cover this up and refuses to seek justice for Yu Menglong, then many more people will become future victims.
