Moving instances was very simple. I kept all my followers & followings. The posts are not moved, but they are still shown on the old account. The old one also shows a re-direct now when opening my profile.

@mikiiroi Then there are also AI tools that you can use after the video recorded. I liked to use Descript here which is free until a certain amount of hours. When I used it two years ago it worked well for English. Amberscript is another AI tool (not free) but supported more languages

@mikiiroi You can use MSTeams for the interview and then use automatic transcription while recording. You then only need to correct it. It worked well for German & English.
