Shout out @AmericanAir for being on par in terms of unreliability as the other poor airlines. Love being told by the pilot 25 minutes after scheduled take-off we will be delayed “just a few” followed by the announcement of a 1 hour delay for a 1 hour flight to a connecting flight

Very terrible experience riding @GreyhoundBus. On a full bus from Boston was stuck next to a morbidly obese woman who took up half my seat and squished me against the window. 5.5 hours of not being able to sit comfortably

Do not book with @Expedia 2 years in a row with terrible Customer service. No help when flights are delayed/cancelled due to weather or mechanical issues. No help changing reservations with the hotel
