ryote yori nuki (Shorinji Kempo techniques)
"Ryote yori nuki" is a technique used to protect oneself when both hands are grabbed, preventing being pulled by the opponent.
Beginners should quickly move away from their opponent after releasing their hands.
Black belts can follow up "ryote yori nuki" by sweeping the opponent's legs and throwing them.
