For the record, both Pinellas and Dade counties used their standing vote by mail lists and provided ballots to voters that did not request them. This was in direct non-compliance with the new laws passed by Florida Legislature.

@bramcohen @laurashin @hosseeb My thoughts on seed funding, accountability! Track the records of the investors, if you fail to fund what becomes a winner you should account for your mistake. (ie you didn't even read it or failed to understand it.) This could easily be converted to crowd intelligence.
