@Disp3034Yooper@congotrader@SomaKazima2 But you should be able to assume to some degree that the car in the lane next to you will not just come across into your lane and crash into you. What if dashcam car wasn't turning at all? Can they be expected to stop in the middle of the road for a car in the right lane? Dumb...
@congotrader@SomaKazima2 No. Dashcam car didn't cross any lane lines. They have the right of way and anyone entering their lane must yield. Simple as that.
@congotrader@SomaKazima2@IndySportsTalks You're wrong because the red car entered into another lane. If your left turn requires you to cross over another lane, you do not have the right of way and must yield. It's the same principle when turning against oncoming traffic.
@FarmGirlCarrie There are labor laws, but then many many states are at will employment. Basically as long as they don’t violate your rights in broad daylight, they can essentially coerce you into voluntarily forfeiting them or… be let go “without cause.”
@EveryOpinionCan@MattWallace888 But the case brought against her is more than supposition and the direct evidence of the event. They have fully constructed the context of the story including her motivation and intention.
They can still get it wrong, but the point is that a jury of her peers were convinced.
@SizzleTAT@MelGlibson@WallStreetApes Yeah, things changed but in a way virtually no one ever asked for. People got suckered and things changed for the worse.
While not a shocker, it's still mournful because we keep on losing and people still don't recognize it.
@TB1Kinobe I will forever look upon the tightly packed corporate built houses and subdivisions with the disdain of 1000 furious suns.
At the same time, though, it's better for all them houses to be tightly packed so I can still have acreage and a home while voting down property taxes.
@FinWaffen@MJTruthUltra "He knowingly lulled those thieves into a false sense of security on his property and then traumatized them with all that shooting after they got all comfortable and stuff!"
@glong4lyfe7@ericmmatheny If pedophiles had a certain look to them, I'd like to think we wouldn't elect and promote so many of them into roles of leadership. lol
@DylanExplorin@ericmmatheny As long as you have video of him threatening to end/kill you, you have a case. Otherwise, he can just step off of your property when the cops are pulling up. He's not being hauled away unfortunately.
@hismerecry@realDonaldTrump At an altitude of 2500-3200 ft, 1-minute and 15-seconds to splash down, there are several types of marine fowl that frequent that altitude in that exact location.
So it could easily have been sea birds flying by. Wasn't my first guess, though.
@AngelMD1103 I need more context.
The IT guy is trying to relieve the tension with smiles and light humor.
Judge is not having it. Doesn't seem like a first issue and maybe a persisting problem.
You have to know when to use humor and when to match your client's demeanor.
@UAPDr Some of these people I really have begun to wonder how human they actually are, because I would not say "Get used to it" in the way that he appears to be saying it. It's our planet and our home. If we don't want them here, there's nothing to get used to with them being here.
@middle_tax@akafaceUS Because none of those posted the crimes on Snapchat...
We're living in a time when platforms are starting to be held legally responsible for failure to report potential evidence of crimes being committed or about to be committed.
@mo7sn_online@SidnelsonEu Thank you for this. Everyone is focused on the family bystanders who were probably unaware or in shock to act, and meanwhile all I wanted to know is if he was alright after such a stupid thoughtless act. Thank God he fully recovered.
@kikegames97 They base it on Nintendo's market share in Japan and whether the title in question is more Japan-centric. FF7, by contrast, has a much bigger western following and needed to lean more heavily on Playstation's beefier hardware plus it originated on Playstation, so...
@F1RETHECANNON It was a rough day of flying all across the northern states. Had a family member fly out of Chicago in very windy weather only to land in Washington state in 70 mph gusts. It took them an hour to get into the air in Chicago...
