@Hajj_nusuk As salaam U Alaikum, there are some local agents in the western countries asking for payment directly deposited to them instead of Nusuk. Can you please be more transparent and make it clear on your Nusuk online platform to not pay anything to the guides or our local agents.

@hsharifain Motawif website clearly states once a package is selected you have 48hrs to pay for it. My selected package was sold to someone else in less than 48hrs. Due to technical fault at their end I was unable to precede to pay.
