@trisha_gee I was guessing; aggregating small steps which git clone and do sth tiny, or using 'clipboard' between steps in the pipeline so next step can save trip to git, running steps in parallel, git clone depth ... making cache reliable is hard.
What the &*%$ is an actual non-functional requirement? What is something that has absolutely nothing to do with the way the application behaves or performs (functions), but must be done?
If you don't set a Garbage Collector for your #Java application, don't think the JVM will pick a good one for you either, no matter how many CPUs you give.
2 CPUs? 6 CPUs? It doesn't matter. If your container has less than 1792 MB and you don't set a GC, your app will use Serial
@mattbonig @DevoKun You need curl and a GitHub token, then you can use before/after scripts to post progress back so you see a circle or check mark on the commit. It's stronger magic if you use pipeline events to feed status back via Lambda - Easier to detect failure via a cross then. :)
