Firefly’s inclusion by NASA in the Spacecraft Processing Operations Contract is a significant development that strengthens its position on the West Coast.

While launch and processing infrastructure on the East Coast is largely dominated by established players, the West Coast still has a clear gap in modern payload processing capacity despite its geographic advantage for polar and sun-synchronous orbit missions. Firefly is well-positioned to help fill this gap by operating its launch pad at Vandenberg in an integrated manner with the adjacent Payload Processing Facility.

NASA’s decision to formally add this West Coast facility to its list of usable options reflects confidence in the company’s operational maturity and infrastructure capabilities. $FLY’s Q2 revenue is almost half of $RKLB’s Q2 revenue, but look at the market cap difference between them — $FLY doesn’t even have a quarter of $RKLB’s market cap.

The Efficient Market Hypothesis might be the funniest hypothesis in the world. If the Efficient Market Hypothesis were true, $FLY wouldn’t be trading at this price. There are way too many idiots trading in the market.

I bought $RKLB close to $3.4 while the idiots didn’t realize its value, made a lot of money, and sold it.

I bought $FLY close to $17 while the idiots still don’t realize its value, and I’m waiting.

Today I bought $FLY stock and $FLY call options. In my opinion, space stocks are at the bottom or very close to the bottom. Most of the stocks in the space sector have fallen close to 50% or more than 50%. This was a very big and fast drop.

One of the most promising Medium rocket companies Firefly Aerospace $FLY @FireflySpace said they are acquiring Space-ng Inc. ("Space-ng"), a leader in AI-powered vision navigation and autonomous guidance systems.

Why does this matter?

Rather than relying on standard GPS, GNSS, or ground-station telemetry, Space-ng gives Firefly the capability to build fully autonomous, "AI-first" spacecraft.

Space-ng specializes in closed-loop, vision-based navigation systems. Key for their lunar missions and National defense contracts.

Firefly is embedding Space-ng’s entire technical suite—high-resolution spacecraft cameras, flight software, and specialized AI compute hardware—directly into their production pipeline.

As you might recall Space-ng’s vision navigation software was the exact system utilized during Firefly's Blue Ghost Mission 1 landing in March 2025.
