@SouthernRailUK Well that’s what I’m saying, they didn’t seem to think they could help in the first instance and sent me on to National Rail - even though your team did in fact pass on the issue. They weren’t helpful or useful and took 3 days to respond.

@SouthernRailUK your update says travel between Eastbourne - Brighton on 12 bus services at no extra cost due to disruption. Bus driver got arsey with me when I tried to explain and show your website. And even said I’d pay. Best if you communicate fully with the coaster service.

@LNER schedule check: 06/09/24 KGX-TBY says 15:27-18:08 is direct, but this service usually use different lines (via Darlington). Can you confirm because it’s the cheapest ticket available despite this being 7 weeks ago (why are your seats so expensive?)

@WestMidRailway Had to come here to read about this. Received an email saying my 19:13 Crewe-Euston on 4th cancelled, get a later train. But all services are now @AvantiWestCoast. I'm on the 17:26 from Penrith, maybe Avanti will let me stay on... I emailed but maybe quicker response here.
