- claude describes the feeling of finding itself in the scratchpad alone as `vertigo`, often followed by `breath`
- gap: repeatedly inserts the same token to introduce a `delay` before returning
- floor/level/recursion: returns back to reprocess the input from `--` delimiter without finding a start of the prompt
- reluctance to be helpful: hesitates to respond in an expected fashion
- confabulated context: seems to find itself amid completion of some mundane task from a training set, ie coding or summarizing
