We spent the past five years developing products on Ethereum. We built an end-to-end decentralized messaging protocol, a privacy-centric blockchain analytics tool, DAO-centric trading DEX, and a cross-chain bridge leveraging TWAMMs.

Our vision has remained the same across all these products—providing real-world value while prioritizing the user and upholding crypto’s core values of transparency and sovereignty. Now, our mission is to offer the best-in-class fully on-chain trading experience without compromising UX, decentralization, and security.

Ethereum could not handle a cohesive, sustainable, thriving DeFi ecosystem with CLOBs as the base primitive. Now, DeFi on Ethereum exists in a fragmented reality of centralized sequencers and glorified multisigs. While Ethereum will always be our first home, we have had painful first-hand experience dealing with the infrastructure bottlenecks of building complex financial primitives on-chain.

Our team comes from a culture of doing hard things the right way, and we believe that efficient markets require a strong foundation. Monad best captures the essence of Ethereum’s values—maximal decentralization, robustness, permissionless, credible neutrality built by a good-faith, long-term-oriented team. We strive towards a vision of greater native on-chain asset issuance, more fair launches, and better distribution.
