Building a fully on-chain game is indeed pushing privacy and scaling boundaries of blockchains. We've learnt so much, from optimizing zk circuits (by more than 10 fold!), to state syncing on the frontend etc. Everything is open sourced, and we'll be sharing learnings as we go!
