I AM NOT OKAY. CAMBRIA HAS ME IN A MEDIEVAL DEATH GRIP. I LOG IN “JUST TO CHOP WOOD” AND NEXT THING I KNOW SOME GUY NAMED WITH MANA TOOK MY ITEM, MY PRIDE, AND MY WILL TO LIVE. THIS IS NOT A GAME THIS IS A FINANCIAL DECISION WITH SWORDS. CAMBRIA IS RISK-TO-EARN WHICH MEANS EVERY CLICK IS A MISTAKE WAITING TO HAPPEN. YOU DIE? YOU LOSE STUFF. YOU WIN? YOU FEEL ALIVE FOR 6 SECONDS BEFORE LOSING IT ALL AGAIN. PVP EVERYWHERE. DUELS WITH REAL WAGERS. GUILD POLITICS WORSE THAN REAL LIFE. WHY IS THE ECONOMY ACTUALLY REAL. OLD SCHOOL MMO BRAIN + BLOCKCHAIN CONSEQUENCES = I AM SWEATING. I AM FARMING. I AM PANICKING. I AM HAVING FUN AGAINST MY WILL. DO NOT PLAY CAMBRIA IF YOU VALUE PEACE. PLAY CAMBRIA IF YOU WANT CHAOS, GOLD, AND EMOTIONAL DAMAGE.
Tom Lee explaining what happened on the 10th October on CNBC news.
This is worth to watch.
The liquidation event on the 10th Oct was huge and severe. It was a black swan event within crypto.
It created a hole in the balance sheet of one or more MMs. "A glitch", stablecoins depeg that lead to force selling of trader positions.

some rambling on $HYPE from someone who doesn't have a pos in it:
it would be amusing if the whole idea of the token buybacks was to prop up the price of the token so that when the unlocks come they can sell for a favorable price
craft a narrative that the team is never gonna sell, they are angels that exist purely to drive value to holders who have done nothing besides press the buy button
they have spent ~$800M in buybacks and have ~8B of core contributor $HYPE tokens being unlocked over the next 2 years
spend $800M (+ whatever buybacks will occur over the next 2 years) to sell their tokens for $7B sounds like a pretty good deal to me
obviously these are all approximations as if they start selling after every unlock token price would drop and people would lose confidence, but its likely their tokens will still be worth a few B even after this
i find it unlikely that any team would throw away hundreds of millions buying back a token instead of pocketing those fees themselves, because greed is simply human nature
the team definitely deserve it imo, and its amusing seeing token holders so entitled like they deserve to make so much profit for pressing a few buttons whereas the team that built the platform don't deserve any
Unpopular opinion:
Engagement farming works
The people complaining loudest about it are usually the ones who tried it and failed
Success pisses people off more than the method itself
Shower thought: You'll know when the new crypto cycle begins because the KOLs will turn over.
No more @blknoiz06, no more @mert , no more @notthreadguy. All of a sudden a bunch of weird new kids will get a bunch of attention and they'll sound like idiots, and yet they'll hold all the sway.
It won't make any sense to you. It'll seem fake. That's how you'll know a new cohort—with their own set of ideas—has arrived, and with it, a new cycle.
Love the meme $LMAO and whatever arc @slingoorio has been on
But TA alone kept me away from buying and finally today got confirmation of the breakdown
Keeping a close eye on bag work and sentiment here
Will take a position at jeet bottom if it remains positive
Opened a savings on PalmPay yesterday.
It felt instant.
But behind that instant is still old banking infrastructure doing a lot of heavy lifting.
@RaylsLabs is interesting because it’s not trying to replace banks, it’s trying to upgrade their rails.
Tokenized deposits.
Private, compliant blockchains.
Faster settlement.
Same banks.
Better plumbing.
That’s how real financial change usually happens.
We’ve been trained to treat robotics as something heavy, rigid and slow to change.
A space where every upgrade feels like a rewrite.
@openmind_agi flips that mental model.
Intelligence is no longer locked to the machine itself.
You choose the robot, layer in a new mind, and expand what it can do without rebuilding everything.
Capability becomes composable.
Control becomes flexible.
And robotics starts behaving like software, not hardware.
Orbiter is now integrated with @Somnia_Network and there’s a new quest live worth 60 points
The task is simple:
bridge $20 USDC from any supported chain to Somnia using Orbiter Finance
How I did it:
I had $SOMI on my wallet, swapped it to USDC on Base, then bridged it via Orbiter
Smooth and easy process.
The quest is straightforward and doesn’t take much time
Staying with Somnia
