What the product actually does

Boogie is a catalog of real datacenter GPUs (H100 / A100 / L40 / A6000 / RTX class, across multiple continents). You pick a machine, get a 5-minute signed quote, pay, and the box boots with NVIDIA drivers, Docker GPU passthrough, and a workspace already loaded (PyTorch notebook, ComfyUI + SDXL Turbo, Ollama/Qwen chat, vLLM API, etc.). Access is SSH as boogie with sudo, or a browser workspace. Billing starts when the machine is up, not when you pay. Unused hours refund in USDG. Data is ephemeral today.

Settlement is on Robinhood Chain (Arbitrum Orbit L2, chain ID 4663) in USDG. You can pay:
• Direct USDG
• Tokenized NVDA / SPY / QQQ / TSLA — the contract swaps only what the hour costs inside the same transaction and returns the rest. You approve a ceiling, not a fixed spend. 3% band for slippage between sign and inclusion.
Protocol take is a 25% markup on the host’s rate, already baked into the quoted price. Minimum order ~$5. Quotes are single-use.
