I have loved the carnivore diet, but for me it seems low carb raises my total and LDL cholesterol waaay above the reference range… HDL, triglycerides and VLDL are good and Im pretty insulin sensitive - 3.2 fasted reading. Any recommendations? Thanks in advance!
